What to Pack
Don’t overpack. Pack like a Cougar.
- Passport (check the expiry date—seriously)
- Travel insurance documents
- Copies of ID (paper + digital)
- Medications & list of prescriptions
- Travel-size toiletries (TSA-friendly if flying)
- Reusable water bottle
- Sunscreen (face & body)
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Swimsuit (bring two—you’ll thank us)
- Light shawl or cover-up for layering
- Power bank & universal plug adapter
- Small day bag or crossbody purse
- A fabulous outfit that makes you feel like a goddess
- A good book—or three
- Cute sandals (yes, bring them—you earned it)
Cougar Tip: Roll your clothes, don’t fold them. You’ll fit more, wrinkle less, and feel smug about it.
Safety First, Sass Second
Your safety is our priority—but smart Cougars pack common sense.
- Scan your documents and email them to yourself
- Use hotel safes for valuables—or better yet, don’t bring anything you'd cry over losing
- Buddy up at night, especially in new areas
- Trust your gut—if it feels off, it probably is
- Limit alcohol in unfamiliar settings
- Know the local emergency numbers
- Tell someone back home your itinerary
- Check in regularly
Cougar Tip: Confidence is your best safety accessory—wear it loud.

Final Cougar Wisdom
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be prepared (and maybe a little playful).
Travel isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about making memories, laughing loudly,
and living like the bold, beautiful badass you are.
