Should disagreements arise, they must be handled directly, respectfully, and maturely.

Always ask permission before sharing photos of others.
Be especially mindful during emotional moments or when privacy is requested.

Show up prepared, punctual, and present.
Respect your hosts, fellow travelers, and every destination we visit.

If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable, say something.
We can only address concerns when we’re aware of them. This is a safe space for honest communication.

We reserve the right to remove any participant—without refund—for the following:
